We are extremely Quality Conscious and use best quality raw material available. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) our major raw material is procured directly from manufacturers, i.e RIL(Reliance), IOC and GAIL. We strictly ensure use of virgin granules only which ensures that our products are superior than majority of our competitors, who offer cheaper products, compromising on quality.
We have also struck to processing HDPE, as it has inherent advantages over PP (poly propylene), the biggest advantage being UV resistant. Our product can withstand direct sunlight for much longer period than products made out of PP. Fabric made from HDPE is much softer than PP, this feature is a blessing for all the labourers. The PP fabric is rough, causes rashes and cuts on skin of labourers who have to handle heavy loads. HDPE bags have high level of tensile strength and do not tear off, but only stretch, hence keeping the product intact as against PP bags which sometime burst.
